Greenspan Projects Ltd, specialists in bespoke themed family attractions, asked Denton-Powell to
create the structural steel framework The Dockyard at Seal Bay Resort, an indoor activity hub.
The access to site was a challenge - our solution was to use a specialised spider crane to install the
steels carefully within the limited space to create the structure for the climbing walls, adventure play
area, bounce nets and adventure golf.
